Note

A combination of these events could be present on the Vault, where various indicators are orange or yellow.

Requirements:

The Vault needs to be upgraded to at least version 3.0.3 for these metrics to become available. For older Vaults, the Vault page will only display the online / offline status and a green or orange indicator, as the Vault does not send the new metrics to monitor.

Note

Vault health Alerts may now be emailed by selecting the 'Opt-in to Alerts' checkbox available under the Administrator -> Email Reporting Settings on the Endpoint Cloud Console.

To disable alerting for archived Vaults, or Vaults still registered on the Cloud but not in use, set the Alert and Notification setting to off.

Email alerts will go out immediately on a change of start from HEALTHY to WARNING to CRITICAL (based on the timelines mentioned above) and a mail will be sent daily thereafter until the state goes back into HEALTHY. On change of UNHEALTHY to HEALTHY an email is not sent out.
