How can I check if a user has backup snapshots on a different vault?
Description
When attempting a restore, the user's previous device or previous snapshots are not available to select.
What caused this problem?
Vaults do not share data and, if a user is moved to a Team with a different Vault, the user's historic restore data will only display the data residing on the current Vault. If this is a new device, none of the data will be available to restore.
How do I resolve this problem?
Temporarily assign the user to their previous Team that had their previous Vault. Restore the required data, and move the user back to their current team once done.
Check if the problem has been fixed
If the user has been moved to the old Team, a list of all your historic snapshots will be available.
