Disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Introduction

Although Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) significantly enhances your Endpoint Cloud security, there may be situations when you need to disable it temporarily or permanently.

To ensure security during this action, an authentication code will be sent directly to your registered email address for verification before disabling 2FA. This page explains how to safely disable Two-Factor Authentication and manage any security considerations related to turning off 2FA.

Note

After disabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), your account will no longer require an OTP verification at login. However, you will no longer be able to perform any sensitive actions (e.g., deleting a team) until 2FA is re-enabled. For your account’s security and full functionality, it's strongly recommended to keep 2FA activated at all times.
