Creating a New User
Endpoint Cloud creates new Users automatically as part of the discovery process. You do not need to create Users manually.
If you have a new member of staff and you need Endpoint Cloud to back up and protect their devices, install the Discovery Agent on the devices. Endpoint Cloud will then be able to discover the devices and connect to them.
When Endpoint Cloud connects to a device, it creates a User automatically, based on the Microsoft Windows user profile of the device.
